Our Key Focus

CTM’s key focus in youth empowerment is to equip young people with the knowledge, skills, and values they need to thrive by integrating education, mentorship, and coaching. Through education, CTM provides access to learning opportunities and practical skills that open doors for a brighter future. Mentorship offers guidance, inspiration, and role models who help youth navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Coaching, particularly through sports and personal development, builds discipline, teamwork, and leadership abilities. Together, these three pillars create a holistic approach that empowers young people to reach their full potential and become positive changemakers in their communities.
